I've edited and done proofreading on journal articles and dissertations, technical writing, genre and mainstream fiction, and one screenplay. For small businesses and special events, I've written brochures and press releases. I especially enjoyed working on an Annual Report for the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.

In a volunteer capacity, I've done press releases for my church, St. Stephen's Episcopal in Houston, to publicize liturgical and musical activities. A couple of these press releases appeared as articles in the Texas Episcopalian newspaper. I've written 30-second radio spots that run on 88.7 FM KUHF Public Radio announcing St. Stephen's activities. If you want to know what really succinct writing is, try explaining an unusual church event in 30 seconds!

I do proofreading for St. Cecilia Chamber Music Society.
